MARSEPEIN 2010 (3 min.) NL Marsepein is een video-zin, ontstaan uit een montage van digitale foto’s en geluidsopnames. Startend van een recept om Marsepein te maken wordt via visuele associaties een “zin” gemaakt. ENG Marsepein is a “video-phrase”, compiled from digital photographs and sound recordings. Marsepein sets off from the recipe for marzipan. Subsequently a “phrase” develops through a progression of visual associations. ES Marsepein es una “frase-video,” surgido de un montaje de fotos digitales y de grabaciones de sonido. Partiendo de la receta para hacer mazapán se construye una “frase” a través de asociaciones visuales. FR Marsepein est une «phrase-vidéo», surgi d’un montage de photos digitales et des enregistrements de son. En partant d’une recette de massepain, une phrase est faite via des associations visuelles.

INCORPORADO Spanish spoken, Dutch subtitles 2007 (10 min.) NL Incorporado is een “diafilm:” op basis van ingescande dia’s, geluidsopnames en interviews werd een video gemonteerd. Vijf mensen uit de artistieke sector in Argentinië getuigen over hun lichaamsbewustzijn en identiteitsbeleving. Die getuigenissen gaan een interactie aan met de dia’s van stedelijke en natuurlijke landschappen, portretten en sfeerdetails. Met: Alejandra Crescentino, Paola Quiroga, Valentín Alejandro Lariguet, Pablo Longo, Mauricio Centeno en Marcelo Fazio. ES Incorporado es una “peli-de-diapositivas”; una peli editada a base de diapositivas escaneadas, grabaciones de sonido y entrevistas. Cinco personas del sector artístico argentino dan testimonio sobre su conciencia corporal y sobre lo que sienten respecto a su identidad. Esos testimonios interaccionan con las diapositivas de paisajes urbanos y naturales de retratos y de detalles atmosféricos. The movie investigates the lasting impact of that period on the contemporary Argentinean society. Mostrame ‘s unique perspective sprouts from its attentiveness to “the visual”.Mostrame asks how contemporary Argentineans cope with the remembrance of the repressive regime. How do people remember the 30 000 desaparecidos, the people that were abducted by security forces and never heard of again? Mostrame traces the bearing of this traumatic epoch on symbols art and movies. It asks how people today recollect what happened then and how they look back on their position and attitude at the time.
